We don't offer 24/7 emergency callouts. We don't run a field service crew. If you need guaranteed response times on critical tunnel dewatering, you should rent from a full-service provider. Our model is simpler and cheaper — and it works for the vast majority of UAE dewatering needs.
We only rent pumps from manufacturers we trust: Tsurumi, Varisco, Grindex, and their quality peers. Every pump is tested before it leaves our yard. When it comes back, it's inspected, serviced, and tested again before the next customer. We keep standard spare parts in stock so breakdowns get resolved fast.
We've kept the fleet range simple on purpose — 2", 3", and 4" pumps in submersible and diesel trash configurations — because that covers the vast majority of rental needs. If you need something specialized, we'll tell you where to find it.

Rates vary by pump type and rental duration. Weekly rates start from AED 450 for a 2" electric submersible and go up to AED 2,500+ for larger diesel trash pumps. Monthly rentals are discounted significantly versus weekly rates.
We deliver across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman from our Dubai yard. Dubai is typically same or next day. Sharjah and Ajman are usually within 24 hours. For larger projects in other emirates, contact us on a case-by-case basis.
Submersibles go into the water and are powered by 415V 3-phase electricity — quiet, efficient, ideal for continuous running. Diesel trash pumps sit on dry ground and suck water up through a hose — no power needed, can handle muddy water and small solids, and work anywhere.
Only if you're renting an electric submersible and your site doesn't have 415V 3-phase power available. If no power is available, rent a diesel trash pump instead — it runs on its own fuel. We can also recommend generator rental partners if needed.
Yes. Daily rentals are available on all our pumps. Weekly rentals offer better value for most customers. For emergency one-day needs during Dubai's rainy season, call us directly — we keep reserve capacity for urgent requests.
It depends on water volume, depth, and discharge distance. As a rough guide: villa basement or small excavation — 2" or 3" submersible. Construction site groundwater — 3" submersible. No power on site — 3" or 4" diesel trash. If you're not sure, send us photos and dimensions and we'll recommend.
No. Wellpoint systems and deep wells require specialist installation and 24/7 support, which is outside our service model. For those projects, we recommend larger specialized contractors. We'll happily refer you.
Primarily Tsurumi for submersibles, Varisco for diesel trash pumps, and Grindex for heavy-duty submersibles. These are the manufacturers that consistently perform well in UAE conditions — saline water, heat, and continuous duty.
